Our programmes offer the opportunity for an extended Inspiring Life experience. All of our programmes are group based, set in beautiful natural environments and are created around our three core themes of ADVENTURE, COMMUNITY and LEARNING.
“A virtuous man when alone loves the quiet of the mountains, A wise man in nature enjoys the purity of the water, One must not be suspicious of the fool who takes pleasure in mountains and streams, But rather measure how well he sharpens his spirit by them.”
Muso Soseki, Zen Master (1275 – 1351)
In 2009 we will continue to offer our existing one week programme, which is based around life coaching and mountain trekking from a remote mountain chalet in Haute Savoie, France. This is a unique experience that combines living together as a community in a beautiful mountain location with trekking through the Alps, coaching, group discussions, individual reflection and some practical ideas on living life to the full. We are also offering a 4 day personal coaching intensive. This offers a shorter experience that is more focussed on individual coaching. It is also a good introduction to our longer programmes. Further information is available for download at:

“To me there are three things that we should do every day of our lives. Number one is laugh. You should laugh every day. Number two is think. You should spend some time in thought. And number three is, you should have your emotions moved to tears – could be happiness or joy. But think about it, if you laugh, you think and you cry, that’s a full day. That’s a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you’re going to have something special.”
Jim Valvano, North Carolina State University Basketball Coach (1946 - 1993)
"The programme allowed me, just for a time, to be truly me….. The programme has given me an inner strength. Before I went on the programme, I didn’t realise what my strengths and weaknesses were. I was all a muddle with everything!...The impact the programme has had on me is profound."
'‘The opportunity to really be good to yourself – on the inside. Richard Branson said in his autobiography that he is the most important person in his life – All the most successful people put themselves first, I believe not in a selfish way but in a truthful way – how can people be leaders, nurture and care for others if they don’t look after themselves? People should value themselves and therefore invest in themselves….What better way to invest in yourself than an inspiring life programme!’
"Truly life changing, enhancing and inspiring. Now I go forward to do the same. Thank you"
"Worth every penny to have the expertise and care from such world class coaches. The experience has put my life back in balance and helped me to appreciate the things which matter most. It did what it said on the can – inspiring life."
